Been going to Novel since they were at the Richland library, BEST coffee and boba place. Hands down my personal favorite!!! Beautiful and cozy and owners are so sweet! As well as their staff, great service!!!
I came here with my daughter, best friend and her daughter for the first time (visiting from out of town) and it was amazing! The food is well made, and you feel good eating it. The drinks are not your usual coffee flavors, but they are exceptional!! I will come back any time I’m in town!

Today I went here ordered the strawberry banana toast and two coffees. the atmosphere is incredible the decor and color scheme is perfect. the food is yummy and fresh tasting and coffee wakes me up and is super flavorful. I definitely will be back
I have always had a good experience at Novel! Love The atmosphere, and when you see the parking lot full, you know it’s a great place to go. Once you enter, you can still find that perfect place to sit. The coffee and the avocado toast is amazing! The customer service is awesome!
I ran across this cute little coffee shop during my search for a place that opens early. I am very happy to say that not only is the interior lovely (tons of books and fun knickknacks to look at), but the coffee is very smooth and delicious! I also have to give a big shout-out to the customer service skills of the girl at the counter. She did not waver in the face of adversity when the spandex-covered pretentious lady in front of me went on and on and on and on about her awesome big truck, how cheap eggs were in her town, and many other things that absolutely nobody in the shop wanted to listen to her be obnoxious and loud about (if you are the barista reading this, know that I am from the place she claimed to be from, and she was completely making everything up. It took everything in my soul to keep from calling her out on it). Anyway, somebody give that barista a raise, she has customer service skills of an angel. I gave her a huge tip out of admiration.
